i simply had one a few weeks ago...have 2 get my hd replaced.wen i talk 2 the guy, i think he said that nething as small as a fuzz that gets contained by the hd's way can mess it up.i also upgraded and downgraded my OS 2 tons times.also, if you have laptop, try to not move it around while it's on...NOT dutiful
