I don't believe there are any places for that. Old computer parts may be very useful around your local schools and just donate them for a better cause. Old computers parts are disliked by the... teens because they think it is useless, if you actually combine old computer parts like the processors, it can actually go faster than the ones on the market. It's called Beowulf-ing or parallel processing. It is quite the feared knowledge by many high end companies that produce computers.
i doubt it old coumputers are allmost worthless
Due to the fast development of technology I don't think there is much, (if any) need for this service. It is more environmentally friendly, however it is not effective as people will want up to date parts.
