If your mouse is working,you can right click job bar to bring programme representative up,you can look at which programme is causing trouble and,hopefully close it from within

That can't happen, why? because Windows Vista is best, there are no flaws, it is out of the box the model operating system. How do i know? I asked MicroSoft, and God Bill, says it is so, so therefor it must be so!
Ya, you may press ctrl+shift+esc knob and open the assignment manager and do as your process
First Install Vista properly surrounded by your pc consequently check it.
