I am not a fan of overclocking as it shrtens the processor's lifespan and can cause memory to burn out, my friend had the same board i had and he set it to the seargent, option it died 4 month's later killing everything elce with it. But if your a fan of over clocking then who's to stop you.
Well I have done a lot of overclocking, and I am personally not a big fan of nTune. First off, I would not recommend changing the AGP speed, that is not going to give you a real noticeable performance boost, and you are asking for stability trouble. The biggest thing I dislike about nTune is that it can give you false reading on your frequencies some times, although I don't think that is happening in your case. If feel comfortable with it then go ahead and go with it, but I am personally a big believer in using the BIOS and doing your own stability tests, such as Orthos or Prime 95.
