What is a DATA HARD DRIVE?

Im making my own custom computer, and I know what a regular Hard drive is(Im getting a 1 TB HD) but its asking me if i want a DATA HARD DRIVE. What is it? and is it needed?

Answers:
It is the same thing, they are just asking if you want another hard drive, just to store data on. Many of us who build/repair PCs use the terminology of, O.S. hard drive, (Operating System Drive) and Data Drive (Storage Drive). Sorry about the confusion.
Same thing. It could be like a storage hard drive. Sometimes computers are built with two drives running some kind of RAID configuration and a separate storage drive that usually has a very high capacity. There really is no difference. You understand a TB is extremely huge and you probably will never fill it unless you store a library of movies on it.?
never heard.
Maybe SATA.?
