Working my keyboard hotkeys?

I bought a keyboard yesterday that has a variety of Hotkeys like a volume whell, copy/cut, open word, open mail etc. but I can't get any to work all the keyboard came in was a plastic cover with a wireless adapter and I can't find a make on it, it came with no software the only name its got on it is wireless office desktop.

Is there any way I can get the hotkeys to work as the main reason I bought the keyboard was for the hotkeys as they can help with many things. I have tried different software on it and I managed to get some to work using Microsoft Intellitype but they're not the ones I realy want to use.
