Yes. You plug one end into the USB port, and there are more ports (mine has 4) on the other end.
You should get a small USB hub.
Examples:

It's called a USB hub. Most office stores carry them.
yes you can buy a USB hub just about anywhere you buy computers.
But if your computer is reasonably new. Most computers come with more than 2 these days. If the 2 you are refering to are on the front of the computer. You will have more on the back.
good luck
Yep, there's plenty of USB hubs out there. Some of them have seperate power adapapters while others don't. If you're only plugging in one or two things into the USB hub, then you dont' need an adapter, but anything more and you should use the power adapter because you might overload the USB port on your computer.
Yes, they are very inexpensive and plug into an existing usb port. They can increase the outlets six fold.
Yes, you want a USB hub.
Let's assume that you have USB 2.0, but check before buying a Hub.
Try this one.
AMC PW-141A Micro USB1.1/2.0 4-Port Switch - $11.99

or this one.
D-Link DUB-H7 7-Port USB Hub - $25.99

I like one that has it's own power. This can come in handy with devices that EAT Power for lunch.
i-rocks IR-4100 BLUE USB2.0 4-port Hub - $11.99

Look at the ratings and the specifications.
All in all, some devices don't like connecting through a hub. Some USB hard drives and some USB Wireless Adapters won't work. So keep your good USB port open for a fussy device. Test and try all possible configurations.
Good luck and Happy Computing!
