If i'm correct, you mean you're getting a beep code during boot-up and the system is failing to go to POST.
Write the number of beeps you hear, and visit the Asus web site for your native language. They should have either a pdf of the manual which will tell you what is wrong, or visit their forum, and ask for help.
I'm afraid little that you've written makes much sense.
