Better Video Card: Inno3D GF 7300GT vs PC ATI x1650?

Which of the video cards are better, both at 512DDR2 128-bit, for:

1. Print media system (photoshop, corel, pagemaker, desktop publishing,etc.) and
2. Video editing (premiere, etc.)

or would you have your own suggestions given these PC specs:

Asus P5L-MX Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0 GHz 4MB L2Cache 1333FSB
Kingston 2GB 667 DDR2 Memory
400GB Samsung 7200 SATA-II

I am personally biased to nvdia geforce cards.
I would suggest the former choice.
If you don't mind spending cash, then you could buy
Nvidia geforce 8800 Ultra. It has 768 Mb of GDDR3 memory and runs at 612 Mhz.
