Right immediately I have:
-Power Supply
-Motherboard
-CPU
-Video Card
-RAM
-Case
-Monitor

Is this adequate to be able to push the power button and hold the computer run? Obviously without an OS and HD i can't work it, but will it run?

gratefulness

Answer:
It will run but it wont go much far..
the system will stop contained by the bios itself, and you will have a message motto hard disk spoilt...
Yyes ofcourse you can run it don' worry. You can run it lacking case too. HAVE A NICE DAY!
You own enough to boot and to run a Live flavor of Linux from RAM, provided you hold 256MB+ of RAM.
Try http://www.PuppyLinux.org
If you have a burner use Multi-session so you can burn your facts to the same disc.
Have fun.
Make sure ur PSU, i.e. power supply is at least 350 Watts. You can also do a turn out on PSU requirements and find out how much power you need contained by order to run your system smoothly. If you get just one HD and a mid breadth video card, 350 Watts should do it.
Yes, it will boot.
