ntldr is a file needed for windows to start up try usng a rescue disk or your o/s cd to boot up if installation try reinstall
or best is on a working comp get this file: http://tinyempire.com/notes/files/fixntl...
and then run it and take floppy and put in and the file will make a hotfix to use to startup ur computer
