i have a laptop and just yesterday i pluged in the headphones as usual and the computer didnt detect the device i tried some other ones and it said the same thing.what should i do?

restart your computer and check your sound. double click on your sound icon at the bottom of your screen and make sure all of the controls are are up
your computer shouldnt have to detect headphones. If you try what i said and it still doesnt work check your headphones for a volume controller and make sure its turned up
