Cam driver what am i doing wrong?

you say you download the driver but did you put it in your update driver?
if not go to control panel, systems, device manager go to your cam and right click on it and properties and then up date driver
DO YOU ALSO HAVE A SCANNER?
I HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY INSTALLING 2 IMAGING PRODUCTS ON MY PC
WE HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES AT WORK.
TRY UNINSTALLING THE SCANNER THEN REINSTALL THE CAMERA
If you have Xp. your doing everythig wrong.
You dont need the drivers.
Just click 'find new hardware' and click 'search on Net'
Go to driverguide.com and download driver guide toolkit. It will help u to find the right driver.
It's the wrong driver be sure to read it properley before downloading it.
