What is the defaulting font for Windows?

I reflect on my computer's default font changed. It looks funny similar to the font that looks like an ink blot pen. What is the regular font called and how do I renovation it back?

Check the theme and appearance tabs within "display properties". You can easily revision them there. <-- Right Click and plain spot on your desktop, then click on "properties". Then do as I said above.
Depends on what subject you are using.

Right click on your desktop, select propeties and go to theme. Each theme modifies the look of your window and the fonts too.

You can also set your fonts in the advanced portion.
