Anyone knows where to download a sound card installer?

Do you mean you need the driver software for your sound card?
Find the name of the sound card makers e.g. Creative SoundBlaster.. then visit their website and find the driver for your specific sound card ID.

What brand/model? I am assuming you mean Drivers. If you realy mean installer, I sugest a local Mom pop computer shop. Installing a sound card is easy. But then so is proper wording.
