Is the Antec NEOHE 550W PSU really incompatible?

First, I heard this power supply flat-out doesn't even work on Asus motherboards. I have an Intel DG965WHMKR board, and I heard there are some compatibility issues there as well. Anyone have difficulty with this PSU and Intel mobos? I'm afraid to install it!
