SVGA is a particularly old residence; all modern (made within the last 10 years) computers should hold SVGA graphics cards.
If your computer was made within the last 5 years, later you have a SVGA-capable card for sure.
Just for your info, SVGA process able to display more than a 640x480 resolution; SVGA commonly refers to a 800x600 resolution. When it become apparent that sophisticated resolutions were surrounded by development, these burdensome language were dropped.
SVGA = Super Video Graphics Array
Means any graphics card near better than 800 × 600 resolution and 4 bit colour. The standard was invented within 1989 so pretty much all computers built since 1990 would enjoy that capability.
