How do i get the play/pause, next etc. keys to work on my keyboard.?

i have a frisby multimedia keyboard. the buttons work in windows media player but not on itunes. how can i fix this?

Answers:
it will work in one software at one time for eg. if u set ur keyboard with wmp then its keys will work with wmp only and no other software so if u want to make ur keyboard work with itunes then u will have to change the settings u can probably change the settings from where u hav installed its drivers.
