My computer won't start up normally anymore. The pop-up error message says it's a problem with AOLDial

The computer starts up in what seems to be safe mode but with distorted colors. An error message states that there's a problem with C:\WINDOWS\system32\wtsapi32.d... because it is not a valid Windows image.

Answers:
I just checked this file on a site, and found that the original one is from Microsoft. However, others have complained that it was replaced with a different version by some spyware. My site below under Computer Talk explains this in more detail, and has links to some online scanners you can use to try to resolve this problem. http://www.ccleaner.com also has a good free tool for removing non-compliant files and extensions as well.
Hope this helps
