Moving to Germany from USA...Will my PC work or will I have to change the power supply or buy a new computer?

Most desktops have a switch on the back of the power supply to set between 110 (US) and 220 (Europe). Look where the power cord plugs into the back of your computer.
The power supply is 220V in Europe, you will need an adapter
You can go to radio Shack and get an adapter for about 30 dollars
