I guess i may enjoy this?

i conjecture i may have corrupt files on my notebook but i don't know what to do to fix the problem any suggestion or help greatly appreachated

Answer:
Open a command prompt (Start-> Run and type CMD)

After that type chkdsk /f within the command prompt. Say yes when it ask if you want to use this program after a reboot and the reboot.
Do a disk cleanup or a check disk. (possibly a defrag)
