in disk manager, the os is on the first partition, if so then simply right click on the other partitions and select delete :)
format your hard with recovery disc or disc's,do it 3 or 4 times, then all should get in order
The Windows disk manager can't combine partitions or extend them, which is very helpful...
I use Partition Magic. You need to delete the two unallocated spaces (right-click on them), then extend the FAT32 partition into the new available space (click and drag).
An alternative is to backup your data and reinstall Windows, deleting all the current partitions and telling it to create a new partition using all the available space.
I personally like to have at least 2 partitions; one with Windows and other programs, and one with my data on. I give Windows about 15-20gb, as Windows should have at least 5gb, and I have quite a few large programs.
This setup creates a more stable system and also means you can format and reinstall Windows, without backing up your data (which is safe on the other partition).
1) Back up your entire drive!
2) If you have a system or boot disk with "format" on it, boot from that.
3) Reformat the drive as a single partition and reload your OS.
4) Good Luck!
