Go to Control Panel .click on systems.than the hardware tab.consequently device manger.then click the + sign on display adapters...Should be scheduled there.Hope that help..
There are a couple of ways. The easiest may be to right click on My Computer, select Properties, then select the Hardware tab, later the Device Manager and expand the Display Adapters to see what your video card is.
Hit Start > Run > type in "dxdiag", when it loads up (should bring 5 seconds) hit the Display tab and under Device it should describe you the model.
The answer above will work IF you have the correct drivers installed. If Not.. next you need to give somebody a lift more drastic measures:

1. Get to an MS-DOS Prompt: If you are running a version of Windows, you requirement to either stretch out an MS-DOS prompt (start run. "cmd" enter) or shut Windows down to MS-DOS mode.
2. Enter the "DEBUG" Program: From the DOS prompt, type "debug" and then {Enter}. The system will display a single hurtle ("-").
3. Display the Video Card BIOS Area: Type the following, exactly (and nothing else, or you risk doing something to your system that you really don't want to): "d c000:0010". This will display the contents of the origination part of the video BIOS ROM. The system will display a bunch of hexadecimal digits across most of the peak. On the left-hand side you will see text correspondence that correspond to these codes. For most video cards, you will see the name of the businessman and information about the video chipset type and newspaper number.
Scroll Down If Necessary: On some systems you may need to scroll down further to find the information. Do this by typing of late "d" and then {Enter}, one or more times. More information will display on the peak.

Use the Direct X Diagnostic (DXDIAG) tool for XP:

From the Start button, select Run... .
Type dxdiag and click OK.
The DXDIAG panel will enlarge.

Click the Display tab.

Your video card's name and chipset will be identified contained by this panel. When you're finished, click Exit to close the panel.
Right click on your desktop and open your properties, this will after open your display properties porthole, click on the settings tab, next to Display: your type of card should be displayed, you can also click on the advanced tab and click on Adapter tab this again will donate you the answer you require, provided you have installed your card properly next to the correct drivers.
