Liquid cooling or enthusiast cooling?

For processor cooling, Should I gain:

CoolerMaster Liquid CPU Cooling Fan System Kit

or

[=== Silent ===] Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooling Fan System Kit Silent & Overclocking Proof = Ultimate cooling performance + Smart CPU & System Thermal Management

the second one costs 5 bucks more (which is because it's silent I guess? dunno) but I won't mind a touch noise from the fluid cooling one if it cools better.

Which cools better?

Answer:
Are you planning on overclocking or not? If you are going to over clock water cooling isn't a impossible idea but isn't other the best. Is noise going to bother you? If not check out these fan and heat sink.

FANS: http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis...

All of those fan pump out alot of air but are pretty nouns.

Heatsink: http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis...

If you have the room within your case acquire one of these.. I have a 120 grill sink on mine and it drop the temp 15 degrees.

The biggest article that you have to ask is overclooking or not.
Then it is a event of how much to spend. If you have any question send me an email at matthumphrey1981@yahoo.com
Liquid cooling help get the warmness away from the processor faster, so it is most useful when you are overclocking it. Otherwise follower cooling works just fine.
Liquid tend to cool better but I'm afraid to have juice running around in my PC, create in your mind springing a leak - OUCH!

But be reticent of cheap water cooling systems, they can be made of parts that go amiss easier or break easily.

Since I'm paranoid I dance with super peaceable fans that are bigger and thus push more nouns with reduced hubbub.
I would certainly cart the liquid cooling and plus it cools better and it is cheaper also. I would recommend the fluid cooling if it makes a bit of crash it's all right. That my feelings
The liquid cooling one is a 100% better contained by cooling than the fan system so it's better to buy a soft cooling system if u can.
Liquid cooling is better but its not very impressive if you don't have hardware that generate a lot of grill (such as a very hastily, overclocked cpu or a big graphics card, etc.) Basically, if you don't know if you need it, you probably don't stipulation liquid cooling and a regular hanger-on system should be adequate.
