What is RAM measured within?

I've hear people right to be heard in MHz and I've hear some say MB..which is it?

Answer:
Its measured within MB, but depending on which computer you have, the speed at which the RAM is read is measured within MHz.
amount of MB tells its size while MHZ tells its speed.
Technically it's both. 256 MB of push does not perform one and the same if one is running at 200 mHz, and the other is running at 100 mHz, but the capacity is like.
