My keyboard dosent work... what do i do?

i cant type... its not letting me.. what is going on? Help me!! i will be back my sisters friend is here... oo lala

Oh, I know, your imaginary friend brought her imaginary computer.
you may have locked they key board hold shift for a few seconds or restart you pc
restart your computer. that's what i do
If you have a PS2 keyboard with a round plug, power-down the machine, unplug the keyboard, then reconnect it and power the computer back on. If it still doesn't work, buy a new keyboard - you should be able to get one for less than ten bucks.

If you have a USB keyboard with a flat plug, try unplugging it and then plugging it back it. It's not necessary to shut down the computer first if you have a USB keyboard.
Make sure the keyboard is still plugged in... if not push it back and reboot the PC !
