What is a supercomputer and how much would it run to buy one?

a SUPER COMPUTER is not a single desktop laptop, 1st of all it would require between 100 and 500 thousand dollars per yera for the fiber optics required to run it and secondly do you hold 50 or 60 thousand individual commercial servers laying around to use? total cost to build for a super computer is surrounded by the 10 to 500 million dollar range and up... if you jsut want to knit a few home pcs as a super computer?

A supercomputer is very, exceptionally expensive. Too much $ for most people to afford.
