The sticker on the RAM is enclosed in the second image and all I know that might be usefull is that its at 100mhz as it says on the sticker. I know this is old RAM but what type is it?

Easy answer:
Go to www.crucial.com and click 'Scan my Computer'. It will tell you exactly what type of RAM to get and how much you can put in your computer.
Your using PC-100 RAM, but you can buy PC-133 RAM as it's backwards compatible.
Google cpu-z and download it, it will tell you everything you need to know about your cpu, memory, and motherboard and what speed there actually clocking in at. Good Luck
Single notches on the sides, two notches along the bottom.. I'm pretty sure it's SD RAM.
I agree with the last answer - go to the Crucial website and you'll get all the details you need. Downloading CPU-Z or BelArc Adviser might be useful too.
PC133 sticks are getting hard to find and prices are high, but you should be able to find a 256MB stick for about £15/$30.
