My PC Restart automatically after every 15 to 20 min I am using WINXP-SP2?

i'll need more information. it could be your harddrive. they're cheap and easy to replace. it could also be your xp install. do you have any faults pop up during the install?
it could also be your fan not functioning. start it up with the tower open and check the cooler fan is functioning. if a system overheats it will shut itself down when it overheats.

This is due to a virus.
1.StartMenu> Run> type msconfig
2.click Startup tab
3.click disable all.
4.Restart.
5.you will get a msg.
6. Just click the check mark(it does no harm)
7. If the problem persists
go for a Total format n re-install windows XP
it's the best option.
Go to your Device Manager by right clicking on MyComputer / Properties / Hardware (tab)
Scroll the list for any error marks such as Yellow !!! marks or red circles with a line through them.
Sounds to me like you have a driver conflict somewhere.
Control> Right-click My Computer> Manage> System Tools
See if there is a problem with a service or application or whatever.
Also check your settings in Display.
If everything's okay do a memory test:

i think ur pc power connector is loose or it may be due to corrupt windows xp cd OR check ur CPU fan and its power supply
