DDR2 PC 5300 vs 6400?

I am trying to buy some new memory and wornderng if its ok to go from 5300 and use a 6400 instead.

Answers:
If your motherboard supports it, why not? And also you have to make sure that you are not using 2 memory of different model (in case you have an old memory which you are planning to use).
