CPU speed depends on what-Clock speed/ Front side bus /Cache memory?

The firsts 2 MB L2,2.20 GHz,800 MHz might have the fastest clock speed, but id say that the 4 MB, L21.86 GHz,1066 MHz will indeed work faster even tho the clock speed is lower, the cache is twice the size. Also it can easily be overclocked to 2.2 GHz.
