HyperCam is a screencapture program. Basically, the program can record everything that you do on your computer screen when you tell it to. It does not come preloaded on any computers. So many people's video have "Unregistered HyperCam" in the corner because the license to use the software is pretty pricey and the free version automatically sticks that there.
