My computer has 2 redundant Western Digital SATA Drives. I'm trying to reinstall windows, but it's telling me that there are no hard drives, and that I need to input the floppy disk. I'm assuming there may have been a floppy disk that came with these drives, but a coworker at a former company built the computer, and I don't know how to get a hold of him. I looked through Western Digital's website, and I see a downloadable DOS floppy on their website, but I don't even know if it's the right thing. Besides that, the file size is like 1.7mb, and my floppy disks are only 1.44mb. Do they make disks bigger than that? Does anyone know where I can get the proper disks?

Are these drives setup in a RAID confiuration? Is that what you mean by redundant? If so, you need to find out what RAID controller you have and get the installation CD or disk to configure the disk arrays before you can install the operating sytem. Open the case, check for the manufacturer and model number of the RAID card. Go to the website and check for further options.
Unless the RAID controller is also a Western Digital, downloading the boot disk will not help you.
Hope this helps!
