I need some driver or some other assistance with my Vimicro USB PC Camera 0305. It is labeled Intex PC WebCam IT-307WC.
The problem is that I cannot turn on the lights since the second Control tab is not showing. I need assistance from someone familiar with the problem.

the webcam may have hardware problems !!
