I need some driver or some other assistance with my WebCam?

I need some driver or some other assistance with my Vimicro USB PC Camera 0305. It is labeled Intex PC WebCam IT-307WC.

The problem is that I cannot turn on the lights since the second Control tab is not showing.
Please help!
