What's the English for 主机，the box that houses the mother board, CPU, and all the essential pieces of hardware?

What do Americans call the box that contains the motherboard, CPU, etc. in a computer. And what do Britons call it? (In Chinese we call it zhu(in the 3rd tone) ji(in the first tone), or "main machine."
