Computer freezes when loading?
Answers:
looks like something may have come loose inside your computer. (little blue bar...hmmmm...)
open up the case and check all of the hardware and make sure everything is connected and seated properly..focus around the video card area.
sounds like you have power supply problem, i suggest you get a new and more powerful power supply, because bad powersupply can cause damage to your hardware.
also try to reinstal your windows...
i had the same thing happen to me. i got it checked out and it turned out i didnt have enough RAM to load XP and all my other programs. i ended up losing everything on my hard drive as my motherboard fried itself after my many attempts at restarting.
if you can get it to start try configuring it so it only has to load xp at start up
It can be corrupted by some virus or malware, luck of memory.
Before restarting try to hit at same time Ctrl-Alt-Del to see what processes are active in pop-up Task manager, then delete those who are freezing. If it doesn` work, hit Ctrl-Alt-Del again /may be several times/ to restart.
That /and a few others/ was a reason to migrate on Linux! /Not anymore viruses, restarts, malware, pop-ups and there is REAL multitasking!/
