Which computer maker uses only American employees for their customer service?
Answers:
HP outsources too. I just went through heck with them recently. Even the ones that do speak perfect English do not know what they are talking about though.
Personally speaking I would buy Local. Find a local computer shop and have one built to your specifications.
I have owned a HP a Dell a Compaq(before HP bought them out) and a Acer. not one of those systems made me as Happy as my locally built one. I can call them with a issue and they walk me through it they are local if I have a issue I can carry it in or on some cases they will come to me to fix it.
Plus you do not end up with a bunch of software and trials that you do not need sucking up resources. Oh and the price is usually better If you find a reputable company. Just ask several what they can give you for a certain price or write up what you need and have several look at the specs and give you their price.
A racist one.
Well, I am glad someone else feels this way. It is extremely frustrating to speak with a customer service agent who barely has a handle on the english language, and then has the nerve to get mad at YOU for not understanding THEM.
Hp
