I/O Device Error?

I have this MP3 player...when I connect the MP3 to the USB Cable, is says that the PC cannot perform b/c of this error.

I am aware that I/O device error means Input/Output Device Error. But I just don't know how to repair this kind of error.

Depending on the MP3 product, it may be issue with drivers.
Typically your Operating system will have the most popular drivers loaded but sometimes the newer version of the product requires speciall Hardware calls and need newer drivers. Go to the manufacturer's web site and see if they have the latest drivers. That should fix it.
