I'm afraid you want to provide more information. There are a world of things that could be wrong from your computer. Motherboard could be burnt out. Power supply could be deceased. Memory might be fried. Video Card DOA. Monitor could be swimming with the fishes. More info please.
The beep indicates that an error was detected on the post routine, and the motherboard cannot verbs the routine. The majority of these errors are related to memory, Are your simms installed securely is the first put somebody through the mill. If they are, then by removing memory a piece at a time and afterwards starting the computer should either localize the unpromising ram, or prove that the problem is somewhere else.
Next most adjectives problem is a bad file out of the power supply. Swapping that out, or testing beside a mulimeter will again localize or eliminate that as a problem.
Beyond that would be a motherboard problem. The processor beep because it is not finding the bare minimum of components to function.
