Try to log the bleeping - it is a code which relates to a specific problem on your PC.

Once you have noted it down - do a pattern search for "sound the horn code" and whatever your computer type is - e.g. "honk code dell"

If your monitor does not turn on next it it your monitor that is burned out.

The beep indicates that an error was detected on the post routine, and the motherboard cannot verbs the routine.
