If you had to choose between Lexmark and HP?

I live in the USA. I am looking for an AIO (all-in-one) printer. I have heard good things about both brands but which would be the best?

Answers:
Ofcourse it is HP.
Don't listen to those who speak anything against HP.

HP is a really high reputed company, has good products in the market and would never do anything silly with their products.

You can always trust and rely on HP products.

Hp is worldwide famous man, who gives a damn about cheap Lenmark that would work only for a week.
I have an HP, and I like HP, but IMHO it really doesn't matter. If it works and the finished product looks good, then thats all that matters.
Lexmark has always had a "cheap" reputation in my mind... I'd stick with HP.
Neither... Trust me on this, Go for a canon. Both HP and Lexmark will guzzle ink like no tomorrow. Both will force you to do unnecessary alignment prints, nozzle cleaning and the like. Plus if you ever decide to refill your cartridge, both employ dastardly ways to prevent you doing it. I'm the owner of a lexmark, unfortunately, i did the research after I bought the pile of C$%P.

I've eventually managed to hack the cartridge to allow me to refill. Inkjet ink costs more that blood and various other expensive fluids.

If it had to absolutely be one of the two, I would go HP. Canon and Epson are also very good printers with bulk ink options and innovative features. They also do not require you to pitch an ink cartridge (tri-color carts) because you are low on one color, you just change out the individual color, and replacement ink is lots cheaper with many 3rd party options.
