I'm thinking of buying the P5K3, and i dont want to adopt DDR3 freshly yet, but I want to future-proof my rig I'm gonna build. DDR2 prices are low, so is the P5K3 DDR2 compatible, and if so, what speeds is it compatible near?
Answer:
it does not only ddr3, which is expensive, i would also not buy that board becuase it doesnt enjoy sli support as i saw on the first answer, i would go next to a ddr2 ram computer, becuase one the ddr3 is immensely expensive and u can probebly get 2 gb of ddr for the price of ddr3 1gb stick, also becuase u'd be making a mistake beside those high prices very soon, because once they become more popular the prices will go down
