It is a laptop or desktop?
For laptop, if the PC offers a dual link DVI connector, it work. You can buy a dual link DVI to single DVI connector. Plug into the monitor.
For desktop, check out the D-sub and DVI connector, plug them and play individually. If two connector are DVI, but two single DVI cable is a must.

Remember, check out the graphic processor belong in which ATI or nVidia. For ATI, install a hydravision software. For nVidia, install a nView software.
