Graphic card memory n/a?

been having problems in past couple months loading games on cpu, went to start, run, typed in dxdiag went to display and under amount of memory on graphic card it said n/a, can someone help me troubleshoot this problem?

Answers:
dxdiag is not the best place to look.
download and install belarc advisor and see what the pro software says.
Install the latest graphic driver on reinstall the same driver and see how you go!
goto Device Magaer (Start>>Run>>"compmgmt.msc"). Search for ur graphic card there. if there are any problems there, it will show up. usually getting a driver update or reinstalling the drivers help
