Medion Keyboard & Mouse problems?
Does anyone have any suggestions about Medion keyboard and mouse in particular?. I will download the drivers but other than that I can't think what else it might be. I had a problem with the remote one time, and they replaced it, but I still occasionally have the odd moment when it doesn't function as it should.
If you have had a Medion PC or have one, and have experienced and resolved a problem like this please do let me know. Perhaps I should get another wirless keyboard and mouse to try and see if it's the Medion K&M?

sounds like a conflict in the registry, best way to sort this out is totally uninstall keyboard and mouse, then without using keyboard and mouse just switch off your PC wait 10secs then turn back on, but DON'T unplug keyboard or mouse PC should recognise a keyboard is plugged in whether wireless or not, once system is back to your desktop wait 10 Min's so things calm down all drivers have loaded and things OK then install keyboard and mouse drivers once installed reboot as normal, if that don't work try an older driver version not new ones, good luck, worked for me.
could be low batteries
Wireless keyboards/mice are not always that reliable. The mice tend to eat batteries and the transmitters fail quite often.
