Does any one know if an 8800 gts 640mb will fit in my cooler master centurion 5 CAC-T05-WW Mid-tower?

Ok, specs for the video card show that it requires a minimum power supply of 450watts, so your current power supply isn't sufficient for the job. As for the video card fitting your new case, it might require you to snip the metal spacer between the two single exposures at the rear of the case, typical of any double slot face plated video card. Make sure you mount the video card in the top most PCI-E slot so you only block a PCI-E 1x expansion port, mounting it in the lower PCI-E slot will obstruct a normal PCI slot which you might use for other cards like sound.
