I can't install Windows XP on my SATA HD. "No harddisk detected" is displayed.?

No SATA settings can be found in the BIOS. Please help.

Answers:
You need to have a floppy disk drive attached to your PC and have the SATA drivers on the floppy and press F6 (as suggested above) when you get the first install screen.

In my experience you will need an ATAPI floppy drive, USB floppy drives arent always detected during Windows installations, especially once you get into the GUI stages.
You need SATA drivers for your drive. When Windows Installation boots press F6 and it will ask you for the driver disk.
check the power connector and data cable
