Sata harddrive carshed.?
my SATA hardrive just crashed. im worried about my precious data in it. i cant fix it. can anybody help me. is there any company that might help me extract the data in my drive. plz anywhere in the world. its a matter of life n death. i have my projects in it.

Are you sure that it is dead? SATA hard drives are notorious for coming unplugged. I would check the cables (make sure they are plugged in and tight. If the are you may have more luck taking the drive out and plugging it in to another computer as a slave, then recover your data from the other computer. I have used this method to recover data from plenty of drives that people said were dead. If you still can not get the drive to work you will have to send it for a surface recovery were they remove the platter from the drive to recover information. (very expensive)
