How can i find out the used and unused memory of PC?Plz write in detail.?

Dude, you can check your free space going my computer then just show your mouse in (c:) drive, it shows your shortcut space and if you go in properties(C:)drive then it shows in details, similarly, if you do ctrl+alt+delete and go to task manager then it gives you more information.

if your talking about ur hard drive space, this is how u do it on win xp, go to the start menu and go to my computer then put ur mouse over the local disk (c:) drive, and it will say free space and total size
Go to MY Computer. Next right click with your mouse on the C Drive and click on properties. You will see a detailed view of the total memory and space used on your PC.
your question isnt too clear but here goes. if you want to find unused hd space go to my computer and look on c drive and it should tell you.
for ram do a control alt del and at the bottom it says how much youre using at present in a percentage
to see how much total ram right click my computer go to properties and device manager
if your talking about hard drive space find your (my computer )icon either on the desktop or in the start menu ,right click and then left click on properties
