The hard drive in your computer is damaged and you'll probably need to get a new one.
It means that there is either scrambled data on the drive or physically bad sectors.
Run chkdsk with the /f option and full surface scan. This will identify and tag any unusable sectors. You may have to repair some programs, including windows, separately after that.
It lots of bad sectors are found, it is probably time to get a replacement drive. Once they start going at any appreciable speed, they just go faster and faster. An occasional sector here and there is one thing, but if you start getting a few a week, it is time to save as much as you can and replace it.
You will not be able to retrieve data stored inside anymore. You can try to have it re formatted. However, re formatting will wipe out all yr stored data.
If the files on it are currupted, It can be fixed by formatting and reinstalling your operating system. If the harddrive is physically messed up, you need to get a new one
